Brian Lotti

Brian Lotti guides us through his creative process and the inspirational locations that are featured in his first solo exhibition, Echo Park, at HVW8 Gallery in Los Angeles. Filmmaker Jacob Rosenberg (Waiting for Lightning) spent a few days with Brian documenting the lead up to the show and exploring the unique terrain and colors that make Lotti’s work so impactful. Lotti and Rosenberg first met 27 years ago at a skateboard camp in Santa Clara, California. This short film is their first collaboration since working together on seminal skate videos in the early 90’s. Echo Park is currently exhibiting at HVW8 Gallery through August 2nd, 2015.
